Holy crap, I go and play the Raid in Destiny and come back to a bunch of awesome PS announcements. Hell Yeah!
Yeah I didn't know this event was such a big deal.
The FF VII port somewhat makes me hope that FF IX will be ported as well.
I never considered that. IX is without a doubt my favorite. I hope so!
I'm probably gonna grab those, I heard good things about the series from a lot of people. However I'm not thrilled with the whole port thing of ff7. Not because it's not FF9 but because it's a port. I these games can be enjoyed on PC, Vita, and PS3. We don't need more ports. Remakes is what they should be doing. That announcement was a disappointment to me.
yeah honestly, I read the headline but didn't click the article because I'm just not that interested. A sort of HD version of 9 though would float my boat.
The Suikoden 2 thing is big though. Fans of that have been wanting it released as a PSONE classic for a long time!
Awe cool Suikoden 1 and 2! Also Banner Saga coming latter next year!
yeah I think banner saga would be quite enjoyable on a handheld.

Can the PS4 not play PS1 Classics?
Sadly, nope. They are porting Final Fantasy VII to PS4, but it's going to be a port of the PC version. I guess because the PS4 is x86-based and the PC version was designed to run on that architecture.
Well since Suikoden II is simply a PS1 classic it will be available for PS3 and PSP owners too. I guess they are making the first Suikoden available to Vita owners. I didn't know it wasn't
i think it was one of those games you couldn't download, but could copy from your ps3. Suikoden 2 is the real score though, people have been trying to get that released for a long time.
I'm glad. Suikoden 2 costs waaaaaay too much secondhand for me to ever hope to get it.

I just wonder if this version for the Vita would be still playable on the PSP/PS3. I hear the versions offered right now on PSN for PSP/PS3 are the original poor translations.
Plus I'd like to own versions that are cross play for all Sony devices.

Everybody should play the second game. I'm glad that others can experience it legitimately now. One of the best PS1 games.
I have 3 and 4 on disc, but I just collected them and haven't played them. I've never played 2 I think.
