is in my shopping cart for $2.99. For some weird reason, I'm holding off on buying it for the time being.

Turns out my dad found my brother's small leather gloves. Forget where my mom said he found them, but frankly I'm glad he did and not me, cause to hell with Christmas Eve shopping in Dallas. My mom and I went to Waxahachie's Hastings store yesterday so I could find my older brother's Rise Against CDs and she could get dad's new Bill O'Reilly Kill book. Not exactly a huge O'Reilly fan myself, but I have been meaning to read the copy of Killing Lincoln he lent me. I'm looking forward to getting the graphic novel with a mouthful title, Avatar: The Last Airbender: The Promise Library Edition (Hardcover) and have no idea what mom asked for, but dad's her Secret Santa.

I'm thinking of getting my brother a card with maybe a small gift card in to go with his stuff.

Happy Holidays, Pixlbit!

it's a pretty good game man, with a really nice, unique soundtrack.

And it's under $3. There's really no reason I shouldn't, I guess I'm just becoming really self conscious about how many games I've bought and never played by going in with that same mindset of "well, it's two bucks." And yeah, it is, but it adds up, y'know? And then I see something I really want for about $10-1$15 and have to second-guess it cause of the pile of under $5 titles that affected my wallet.

well, it's Christmas!  Sometimes you need to give yourself some presents.  Laughing

Happy x-mas Joe!

With you on Bully, I feel like that right now with the first Half-Life. I may go for it in a few moments, but I dunno.

Pretty sure I have HL2 at least. It would be cool if steam had a system where you could lend games to friends.

I was just thinking of Bully the other day. I'm kinda curious about that game.

Me too. However, Mirror's Edge is now the same price and I'm more curious about that one.

I played a demo for Mirror's Edge when it came out. It was neat, but reminded me of those platformers I have trouble with. It's a 3D first-person platformer.

I know what it is, I remember being excited for it when it came out. Just got both it and Bully.

I'd like to try it again sometime.

I think the only O'Reilly book I read was his autobiography and that wasn't bad. I'd like to check out his other stuff but other books keep getting in the way, and Killing Lincoln looks interesting.

I'm a little into Part Two of Killing Lincoln and it's a pretty good read. The first almost 100 pages are mostly about the ending of the Civil War with sprinkles of Booth's plan, but now it's getting into the conspiracy to kill Lincoln. Good stuff. After I finish it, I might pick up Divergent next.
