Hello again Pixlbit im blogging from Houston Texas cant play any ps3 or 360 sice im a 100 miles from home but when I get back I got two games im looking forward to playing.

I have been wanting to play Dark Souls 2 since Chris Yargz did a preview of it before it came out and now I cant wait and I heard a new one with all the dlc is coming out in a few months but I found Dark Souls 2 Black Armor Edition for $24.99 in mint condition and since Yargz recommended the 3 dlc games I will be getting them pretty soon & the game should be called Death lol!! I loaded it up to do a quick checj of the graphics etc before I left so I ran through some grass only to realize the grass is on a ledge so it was instant death lol.

This was the set I got for the ps3

I really wish I could find this one for a descent price

There aren’t many good survival horror games on the market, but if you’re a fan of Resident Evilseries, you might be interested in a game that is developed by Resident Evil creator Shinji Mikami.

The Evil Within is a survival horror game developed by Tango Gameworks, and this is their first game. Tango Gameworks was founded in 2010 by Resident Evil creator Shinji Mikami, but it was later acquired by Bethesda owner ZeniMax Media. With Shinji Mikami on the development team we can expect The Evil Within to be one of the best survival horror experiences on the market. The game follows Detective Sebastian Castellanos who encounters mystical force that kills his colleagues at the crime scene. After killing his colleagues, mysterious hooded figure appears behind Sebastian and attacks him. Our hero is left unconscious and he wakes up trapped in a land with dangerous monsters, and he tries to survive and understand what’s going on.

As for the gameplay, the game feels like Resident Evil 4, which is no wonder since creator or Resident Evil is working on The Evil Within, with over the shoulder combat and monsters with chainsaws that can kill you instantly.

Game also features grim atmosphere, and psychological horror so it resembles Silent Hill in that manner. As for the visuals, The Evil Within looks amazing with its advanced lighting and animation since it runs on customized version of the  id Tech 5 engine.

The two actual games I got today at gamestop

You can play these games simultaneously actually. The Evil Within is like 20 hours long or so and much shorter, while Dark Souls 2, well you can potentially keep playing it with New Game + forever, and you dont really need the DLC until you finish the game, otherwise the DLC will just murder you if you are under powered! The Evil Within gets better after the 3rd or 4th Chapter when you get better upgrades and abilities. I actually think Evil Within has a more visceral atmosphere than DS2. Have fun! I can offer advise if you have questions! Cool

Thanks and I may take ya up on that oh and by the way Natural Doctrine is a excellent game and truly is the Dark Soul's of the Srpg world the problem with it is the non existing tutorials its a trial by error game but once you figure out the linking system its just really good and one I would not pass up. And as far as Dark Souks is concerned I usually do really good with the series but now I heard The Evil Within is more like Resident Evil so I may be asking a few things about that one. And I found Assassin’s Creed Black Flag for $12 on psn a excellent buy. And I was curious about Alien Isolation I do want that one as well its just a little to pricey as of now.

ID Tech 5 engine. Cool! Last I heard of that thing it was with the game Rage.

Dark Souls II was a sweet find for that cheap with all the DLC. I wonder if the first game got the same treatment.

Everyone seemed to be in for the horror this Christmas Season. I wonder why that is. doesn't seem right for the holiday yet alot of people were digging in. Very odd indeed.
