Resident Evil HD Downloadable at Midnight.

Actually I'll probably download it when I get home from work tomorrow. Seems to be getting good press so far except for Gameslop and swear they just do it to be contrary.

Anyway all I want is the same game I have on GC without the noise of my Wii disk drive and the need to change discs. Also wide screen will be nice.

The original 'cube version looked really good anyway. That tiny little box had decent horsepower and was more powerful than the PS2 but not quite as powerful as the original Xbox.

Can't wait to play it again and this time figure out how shooting a shark with a starter pistol is supposed to not get me eaten.

Holy crap the things is 21.6 GB I'm going to have to clear off a few of my current games to make room for it

21 GB? I hope they put out a disc version. I really don't want to have to remove games from my PS3 HDD. I might skip out on this. I just recently played through the GC version in one sitting, and I dont need to play it right away again. I'm waiting on the next Revelations game. Let us all know how the game turned out on PS3. I wonder if theres any difference for PC version?

Nope this one will not be getting a physical release but Revelations 2 will. At least that's what I've heard.

I just recently removed a few games from my HDD that I've beaten and won't be going back to...Max Payne 3, Arkham Asylum, and a couple of crappy PSN games, like Brain Challenge. Gotta make room for other downloads

I'm kind of on the fence. I loved the game back on GameCube, but I'm not sure I want to pay $20 to get it again. Also, the Resident Evil games are known to go on sale for 1/2 price on PSN from time to time. For $10 I'd definitely get it, but I still need to buy some other games on PSN that I HAVEN'T played yet.

I've always meant to get the GameCube version and just never did, so I've been looking forward to this. But man, it's already coming out? I thought I had more time. Dang it.

Why so late? I was able to predownload this game on the 18th? By the 19th early morning my copy was DLed and installed for gametime on the midnight the 20th. So far it looks like you'll be getting your wish. Now about thos new arranged controls though....
