I've had both of those problems, yes. I just wait to log in again sometimes.
As for the puzzle thing, I feel especially disappointed when I look something up and think to myself, "well I could have figured THAT out," yet obviously did not.

Still warming up my hands after having to shovel some icy slush a little while ago. I had gloves on, but that didn't help my situation one bit. Other than that and my seemingly neverending cold, I'm feeling okay today.
Anyone else having this problem after logging in where it redirects you to this bogus site that tells you to update your browser? I've been getting that a bunch lately and just wondering if I'm the only one.
Ever deal with a puzzle in a game that took ages, but once you figured it out it, was extremely easy? I've had that happen to me more times than I can count. Almost embarassingly so.
Anyways, back to Persona Q!
