What's the worst game you've ever played?

So, what is the worst game you've ever played? It doesn't necessarily have to be broken, it can just be disappointing.

Mine is Grand Theft Auto IV. For me, that game is so damn boring. It forgot what made the series great, and focused too much on being gritty and realistic. It suffered as a result. I don't want some foreigner calling me at 4 am to play darts, and I don't want to play a game where 90% of the missions are fetch quests. Fuck Grand Theft Auto IV. Fuck it up it's dirty ass.

 What's yours?

Quantum Theory....

The game controls were very stiff and it was trying way too hard to be Gears of War gameplay wise. I understand all games typically take things from others at times but that was ridiclous in my opinion. I had the game for maybe an hour tops before I ran back up to Gamestop and returned it. It's available for 360 and PS3 but I highly discourage giving it any time what so ever.

I've heard it's rather bland but Jim Sterling Apparently adores it.

et

the worst games make you wonder if there's something wrong with you, not the game.  That's what this game did to me as a kid.  I didn't realize it was terrible.  I thought I was terrible.  The worst game ever made.

I think it was a Spider-Man game for GameBoy. Not sure if 1,2 or 3, but I hit a wall in the game where I couldn't get through and the game had no real hints whatsoever.

Fair enough. Something about awful gameboy games made them that much more awful than every other awful game haha.

I generally enjoy any game I play but its either Sonic 06 or some other game I forget at the moment.

I've reviewed so many bad games I can't think of just one.

There is probably a bunch of stuff on the PSOne that was pure crap that I played, and worse enjoyed...  Duke Nukem Forever is the first game to come to mind though.  I knew it was going to be bad, but thanks to GameStop's "rental" service I bought it for $12 used and returned it the next day.  That game was pure crap.

I think it would have to be Legendary. I only played two levels, and that was more time than I should have given it. It was all bad - game play, story, graphics, you name it, it was bad.

I've been quite lucky in mostly playing games i've enjoyed, with the closests only being bland ones that I left quickly, though weren't neccesarely disastrous..... until 2009 that is, where I played Sonic & The Secret Rings and oh boy was it dissapointing and frustrating. Bad leveling system and disjointed motion controls can really bring a very bad experience i'll tell ya.

But why not Sonic 06? I know it's a disaster, but I never played it.

I never got past the first screen in Natman Forever on SNES. So that.

I want to say Final Fantasy 13-2.... but can't repress a shudder when I think about BaD Dudes on NES. It's absolutely terrible. Although it does have one of my favorite sound effects ever in a game.

I'm pretty sure I remember reading a review about it at some point.

Yeah. I had reviewed it way back when and gave it a 1 lol. The quality is of that sound is pretty BaD. I just thought it was hilarious. Cool

Well, and I hate to say it, but Epic Mickey. I wanted to love that game so much, but the camera just confused everything when you were platforming. I just gave up in frustration. I'm going to try it again though. Because I just can't face that it's bad.
