I don't even know what this title means? I decided to venture into Dying Light without knowing anything about it except it's somewhat of a sequel to Dead Island, I game I really enjoyed. So far I've only gotten through the Tutorials and it is definitely more Mirros Edge than Dead Island, but I haven't done any combat yet. I don't know about these games that have annoying forced tutorials. I wish it had been incorporated into the game better instead of sectioning it off to the side before letting you outdoors. I got bored after the tutorial and just took a break for the night. I don't know how I feel about the parkour yet. That's what the tutorial was all about, climbing over all the things or whatever.  To compare, I just started playing Metroid Prime on WiiU and the opening tutorial is a brilliant stage that teaches you all the moves and abilities that ends with a Boss fight and an exciting escape sequence. Nintendoes what Dying Light Don't. Cool

Anyone else playing this? What are some reactions? Even if you aren't playing it, what do you think about it? Y'all know me and my taste for horror, so I'll try to stick with it for as long as I can.

From what I gather, Dying Light is considered quite good. I'm not a fan of forced tutorials either.

Dying Light is suppose what they wanted Dead Island to be. Atleast that's what I keep hearing. I've heard good things about it so once things settle and funds can afford it I'll probably get it. I do know it does has glitches, but most of them I have seen are hilarious and not game breaking.

a Wal Mart employee attempted to sell me on Dying Light when I asked him about PS4 and XBone being in stock.  That instantly turned me off to it.

I read a review of it somewhere (IGN, maybe) and they said it really hits its stride after you have some time to power up your character. It sounds like a much more interesting game to me than Dead Island, but I never did play that one either.

That's interesting. As far as the combat goes, it is similar to Dead Island, but this game seems to let you get around a lot faster. I still need to play it more.

I want to play Dead Island. I've heard co-op is a blast in it.
