I was interested in checking out Grim Fandango...but I never played the original, and have read that some of the game is a bit intimidating, as it doesn't give you much direction.
Is this true?

So I've just been fixing that. If you've been forgetting too edit those blogs and associate them with Blog a Day 2015.
I'm kind of uninspired today. I have a bunch of topics but don't feel up to talking about any of them.
Now that Persona 5 gameplay (just a bit) has been shown it might be good to talk about the evolution of the series because it has come a long way since the first game, in fact other than the playable characters being high school students who have supernatural shit happen to them there's real no similarity between the first two games (ok there are two different stories for 2 so three games then) and 3 or 4. Maybe another time.
Maybe before BaD is over I'll talk some more about Persona Q because it does deserve talking about. Then there's Suikoden II which I'm plugging away at and trying to put together some thoughts on that.
Now that I've discovered that Grim Fandango is PS TV compatible I'm seriously tempted to buy it. It definitely stands a better chance of getting played than if I buy the PC version. Sitting hunched in front of my laptop is something I can't do for very long. I know I really shouldn't spend the money even if it is only $14.99 on PSN.
That's the other advantage. On PSN I get to pay US price with no penalty for Canadian dollars. Steam wants $16.99 CDN and both GOG and Humble want $14.99 US and will gouge me on the exchange rate. Bastards!
Well that's all the stuff I feel like talking about today because.... Live from Pixlbit it's Pandaday Night!
Riot in Cell Block P (Kinda blurry but cute nonetheless)
Jailbreak!
CYA Tomorrow Pixlbitallion.
I forgot to do the association thing as well but I don't think I'm going to. Persona 5 I think will most popular with me. I know Dan will probably love it too but the mask theme to it and of course kitties both are my cups of tea. I can't wait for them to actually release English trailers of it. Not to mention the kitty is named Morgana....best name ever!
ah fuck I forgot to associate too. Goddammit!
I'd like to buy Grim Fandango too, but I think I'm gonna hold off. I think one reason I buy games other than pure greed, is I feel like I'm missing out on great experiences, but then I can't focus enough to play them. Shit.
