Sorry but I can't blog much today. I have some sick women in my life that need tending to. Now you see why I don't try to commit to any blogging schedules. Life has a way of taking a higher priority and this takes top priority in my life. I won't go into too much detail since I'm sure the women in my life won't want me going into detail (with good reason) so I'll leave it at that.I'm sure all understand, carry on and blog on!

Classic Shell for Windows 8.1 SUCKS. Such a memory drain on the PC! Get that program off of it!

Hmmm, I've been using Classic Shell for over a year now. It doesn't use any more memory that the 1 megabyte it takes to load it. Sounds like you have bigger problems.

It'll cost ya. :P I only gave NSonic the advice because we have the same stuff running on over 1000 PCs here at the board and don't have any issues with it.

I have 8.1, but not classic shell.

Classic shell is free and allows you to work on the desktop as if you were using Windows 7. Unless you are looking for it you will never see the Metro interface (the one with all the squares on it) again.
