I wrote my second Under-Appreciated Awesomeness blog. You can read it here.

Sorry I don't have a question today and haven't responded to comments. I worked for nearly nine the drive there and back was two hours all up. I just want to sleep.

I will read blogs and comments tomorrow, and my BaD community blogs will continue as per usual, but for now, I'm going to put on some Parks and Rec and sleep.

Vanquish was good. I got Risen 2 during a Humble Bundle, but haven't tried it yet. That game has so much negativity surrounding it. I don't know if I'll even bother lol.

Yeah. Risen 2 is unfortunately the worst in the series. It's not the worst game ever, but it is buggy and filled with poor design choices.

I learned of Song of Saya thanks to Extra Credits, so try to give it a try. Of course, you should let me blame you if I get scared for life :P

Man, I want a PC port of Vanquish.

Yep. That's where I heard about it too :D

And that would be awesome, but Sega are collossal dicks so it'll probably never happen, just like we'll never get a PC port of Condemned 2.

The first level feels that way a little. It feels like they're trying to cram a bit too much on screen. After that it tones down a little. If you've played a platinum game before though you can probably handle it.

Actually, the only Platinum game I've played was LoK in which the environments were sparse because it was a rushed licensed title published by Activision.

Wow. That's like saying the only Resident Evil game you've played is Operation Raccoon City. Have you played anything by Clover?

And now that I look I have played Madorld and Bayonetta too, but those were only once at a friends's.

Damn. Viewtiful Joe is the only one I haven't played. They're the same company though. I do wish they'd make some more things along the lines of Okami though...

Yeah, I knew Platinum is basically Clover. And I agree their beat-em-ups are awesome, but I'd love to see them branch out. I definitely think they have the talent.

I enjoyed the Vanquish demo quite a bit. The only problem was that I never got around to picking it up when it was finally released.

That's unfortunate. Was it the first level that was on there? Because the game does get much better from there.

Played Risen 2 but had trouble with the combat. I'd like to play it again though. Love the environment in that game. I just need help with figuring out the combat.
