In case you didn’t notice there is a rather unprecedented sale going on PSN at the moment. I find the timing of it also rather odd given how not just last week I was speaking of the praises of obtaining my SNK Playmore PS2 Compilation Collection, along with posting videos of Game Sack’s reviews of the Neo Geo X and Neo Geo CD.
In all honestly I was wondering when SNK have a sale on all their digital offerings on PSN since I missed out on the sale that was offered on Xbox Live long ago. It also makes me wonder if SNK Playmore knew that my birthdays were coming up and decided to tease me with finally offering me the chance to buy all I wanted when it came to Neo Geo offerings.
In truth I was debating if I should buy all the PSP digital offerings of game compilations like Capcom’s Classic Collection and Midway’s Arcade Treasures. So I guess the chance for me to get Samurai Shodown Anthology, Metal Slug Anthology, The King of Fighters Collection and SNK Arcade Classics Vol. 1 at 50% is a good motivation to get started on this plan. Sure they are $9.99 each but better than the full price offered.
They even have some other SNK games that are not oldies but recent releases like Metal Slug XX and Neo Geo Shooting Gallery.
The sale ends on my 2nd birthday so don’t miss it if you’re an SNK Fan!

If you want to buy Metal Slug Anthology you’ll need to buy it off your PC because for some odd reason the game is not listed on PSN via consoles. Thanks to twitter follower pkbecker for that tidbit of info!
