Amiibos look cool, but at about $15 a pop retail, I think they're a bit pricey. I do like the Shulk one, but his pose is awkward. Overall though, they're a cool idea and collector's item, even if I won't be getting them aside from the Samus I bought my friend.

I'm Really Feeling it!
Yes as the title of the blog implies, I got a Shulk amiibo! It wasn't hard to come by unlike the Rosalina amiibo.
Funny story about it actually, Shulk went up for pre-order last year on Gamestop's site so I pre-ordered one to ship to my house. Then I had an idea, why not pre-order another so they can just send it to my Gamestop near my house to save money on shipping, so I did just that. I cancelled the previous pre-order. However the same time I pre-ordered Shulk, my little brother wanted to pre-order him a Luigi amiibo using the ship at store method.
Time passed and wave 2 arrived in stores and no word on Luigi. It never shipped so we waited and waited. 2015 came and nothing, so my little brother gave up and just got Luigi at the store. I became worried about my amiibo and started to regret it.
It was a gamble so I decided to chance it. Wll today this morning I got a call from Gamestop and was hoping it was Shulk, since my other brother ordered a Sonic and a Mega Man amiibo, but he didn't want them anymore since he ordered them from Amazon. I lucked out and it was the Shulk amiibo! And that was it and here he is:
Here is our amiibo collection so far:
Luigi and Donkey Kong belong to my little brother and Kirby and Sonic belong to my other brother with Mega Man on the way. Samus, Link, and Shulk are mine.
Not a bad collection but I don't plan to get them all, only the ones I want the most. If there is a moral to this its that don't be cheap if there is something you really want. Or don't buy any amiibos. Well that's all for now, any opinions on amiibos in general? Thanks for reading and later.
