What was the last movie you saw? Was it good? Rate it out of 5. No spoilers.

Holy shit. This movie was awesome. Seriously, I had a smile on my face the entire time. It's utterly hilarious and totally BaDass! If you like James Bond but want it a bit sillier and darker, watch this. If you want to see a christian hategroup be brutally murdered by Colin Firth, watch this. It's amazing, and in my books it's better than Kickass.

4.5/5.

The problem is I got in to the theaters 20 minutes late because there were 50 leagues of retards who haven't discovered internet porn queuing up for some shitty Twilight fan fiction that didn't start for another 30 minutes. I missed the opening unfortunately. And I feel like that alone is justification to see it again...

Well, apart from the movie costing $56. Mine and Bilby's tickets plus skittles, two drinks, and popcorn. She can pay for her shit next time!

I think the last movie I went to see at the cinema was Guardians of the Galaxy. I don't get out much...

I'm with ya there. I rarely go to the movies. It was Valentines Day though and Bilby and I made a pact to see the least romantic thing possible together a while back.

I think the last time I went to the movies on or near Valentine's Day, Jason took me to see the most recent Die Hard movie. My choice, not his, lol. He likes depressing artsie films, i like gun fights and explosions. We're not typical...

Primer, last friday at the university i'm attending. Do you like mind-screwy time traveling? Character interactions and good dialogues? great movies done on a very minuscule budget (seven thousand dollars here!)? Then don't miss it. 4.5/5.

I've seen that! It was pretty trippy.

I really liked that movie too.  I wish I bought it back when I had the chance.  It's been out of print for a long time and the DVD is typically going for around $75 here in the United States.

Primer was fucking excellent. Man, I need to watch that again. Have you seen the director's latest flick Upstream Color? I have it, but I haven't watched it yet. It's supposed to be great.

I'm currently watching TMNT II: Secret of the Ooze. I'll let you know how it goes; I do warn that I have a lot of nostalgia for it. I want to see Kingsman. Movie theaters are so damn expensive and concessions is where they make their money. I usually eat before or sneak in snacks.

Yeah but there popcorn is so... not good, but it's part of the experience, you know? I might start sneaking things in now though.

Yeah, I do get suckered into movie popcorn a lot. Anyway, from what I actually managed to pay attention to I give TMNT II a 3/5. It was pretty good, especially for a kids' movie from the 90s and it was fun and looked nice. Nostalgia.

The last movie I watched was Sunset Boulevard (1950). It was good. Tons of melodrama and pretty crazy near the end. The last modern movie I watched was Halloween (1978) with my neice. She was really getting into it. Screaming at the TV and what not lol.

I love Sunset Boulevard!

The last GOOD movie in theaters I saw was Big Hero 6.  But the last movie I saw was Penguins of Madagascar, and it wasn't that great.  The TV show cartoon was better.

So Big Hero 6 is worth watching? It's only just come to cinemas here.

It's a two hour long Saturday morning cartoon is all, but it's still pretty fun.

The last movie I watched was Star Trek: Into Darkness. Yeah, a little late to the party lol. I liked it a lot though. Good plot, good characters, good action: It was a winner! 4.5/5

Someone was told me about Kingsman yesterday.  They said it was really good.  I didn't know a thing about it.  I hadn't seen a trailer or anything.

Last movie I watched was Lucy.  Saw it yesterday.  It was ok.  About a 3.5.  The last movie I saw in a theater was John Wick.  Great movie.  4.5.

The last movie I watched was Chasing Amy, which I've probably seen a dozen times.  We watched it Valentine's night, which I guess is kind of odd considering it isn't the happiest of love stories.  Anyways, I love that movie.  It's got a great mix of comedy and heart.

The last new movie I saw was Tusk (also by Kevin Smith and probably the reason I had Chasing Amy on the mind).  Holy crap that's a fucked-up movie. It's pretty disturbing, but silly at the same time.  I wasn't sure what to think about it after first watching it, but the more I think about it the more I like it.

I watched Kingsman too! I missed the first five minutes because I didn't leave early enough. Plus I took out my niece and nephew on Sunday to go and watch the new Sponge Bob movie; funnier that I thought it was going to be.

What if...  some rom-com type film with Daniel Radcliffe.  There were some laugh out loud bits and some strange obsession with fecal matter.  I enjoyed it overall...  3.5/5.

Last movie I saw was Lucy. Couldn't get into it, but the effects were pretty amazing at points, so I'd give it a 2/5.

I want to see Kingsmen. I wanted to go last week, but I got lazy and ended up at the local fair. As for the last flick I saw....in the theaters it was a LONG time ago like Fast and Furious 6 long time ago. As for sitting at home and watching I sat through it has to be Steven Segal's Out For Justice. As bad as his films are I love watching the ones with three word titles (Out for Justice, Fire Down Below, Out to Kill, etc.) I would give them a solid 4 stars only because I like them.

Last one I saw was Captain America: The Winter Soldier. About as good as superhero movies get, certainly Marvel's best one. I'd give it a 4.5/5

Blake Turner Staff Writer

I agree. Winter Soldier is their best superhero film. I prefer Guardians slightly though. Mainly because SPACE OPERA!!!!

It's a tough call between the two. On one hand, Captain America has such a smart plot with a message I highly approve of and fantastic action. On the other hand, I am Groot.

The last movies I watched I've seen before:  Avatar, Psycho, Eyes Wide Shut, 2001: A Space Odyssey, The French Connection, and Barry Lyndon.  I like watching movies with the sound off that I already know the story, otherwise I have a hard time focusing on just a movie and not doing anything else.  going to the theater is good for that though.  I saw the last hobbit in the theater over xmas.  it was aight.

Seventh Son. It's only a week and I'm already forgetting it. 3 out of 5.

the last time I went to the movies was with my son to see Prometheus in 3D. LOL

I liked it but then I don't go into nerd rage mode over discrepancies in the lore because I don't give a shit. It's a movie. 3 out of 5

Damn straight. I actually didn't mind it, mainly because we rarely get good "proper" sci fi in cinemas anymore.
