Gaming plan for the rest of the Week
Well first I'd forgotten about the Unfinished Swan which remains unfinished. Does the name of the game change when you get to the end. I guess we'll see.
Suikoden II seems a lot longer than the first game and it has way too many bad strategy battles which are my least favourite part of Suikoden games. Fortunately the rest kept me coming back all these years. Playing the first two games has made me want to play 3 and 5 and maybe even 4 but I'm not sure I can stand going through all the sailing in that game again.
I've been chickening out on finishing RE remastered for some reason. I really want to finish it this time. Maybe I'll do it this week.
Then there's Persona Q waiting for some progress to be made.
I've been contemplating trying to play The Last of Us again. People seem to be in two distinct camps on this game. Love it or hate it. There doesn't seem to be any I thought it was ok crowd.
Anyway, I'm tired and uninspired so that's it for me Pixlbitallion. See ya tomorrow.

I have a blog for tomorrow ready to go but not the two days after that. Man, I'm so close...
I have too many games going right now, and it looks like you do too. Half of mine are co-op, though, and I can't make progress by myself. ("Why aren't your single-player games finished?" Shut up.)
I started reading Deus Ex: Icarus Effect this week and it really has me itching to play Human Revolution again. But I need to finish some of these other games first!

That would be hilarious if the title of Unfinished Swan changed. Maybe there's a trophy called "Finished Swan" when you beat it?

I'm a decent bit into The Last of Us Remastered and I'm so far in the "I like it, but it's a bit overhyped" crowd. So pretty much I am in the middle on it, honestly.
I crossed the 30hr mark on Persona Q a couple days ago. I'm on the 2nd floor of the 3rd dungeon. I'm not a big fan of the battle system. I don't like that the enemies can still attack after you hit their weakness and they can also dodge attacks after being down. It annoys the hell out of me. Q is not my favorite Persona game.
Most enemies including bosses can be paralysed so that they are unable to dodge attacks. I forget the name of the attack but it helps me kill those Hand enemies almost all of the time. Yes the press turns are missing but my guys can usually stun an enemy with a weakness attack so that they don't get a turn until the next round.
It's not my favourite Persona either but I like it and it's waaaaaay better than 1 and 2.
I don't stun enemies often. Even after 2 or 3 of my guys hit their weakness, I don't get a stun. Enemies stun my team way too often. I have to figure out what I'm doing wrong.
I agree with you about P1 and P2. I tried playing them and damn.... I think they need a good update. P3 and the others are lightyears better. 
It could also be that I did a ton of grinding so at the beginning of the 3rd dungeon I'd already put in 50 hours. I also changed team members a lot to see what abilities I got as they levelled up. More than once I've picked up a demon card that was much higher than my level. I think I picked up a level 43 demon at level 30.
My preferred team is Hero 4, Hero 3 and Yosuke in the front row with Zen/Rei and Yukiko in the back. Yukiko serves as my main healer with Zen/Rei curing status ailments and administering status enhancements. Yukiko alsp has an accessory that allows Holy Blessing (prevents status ailments on the whole team once for up to three turns). Zen also has some great physical attacks with element damage I can always rely on him to stun one enemy in a row.
It also helps to have good Leader Skills from Rise and Fuuka.
Hmmm, I really need to get back to that game now. LOL
I'm currently at level 36. Most of my team are at 28 and 29. Main boss battles haven't been hard, but I've had normal random battles go south fast. While in the 3rd dungeon, I had everyone die it battle expect me happen more than a few times. DAMN, healing is too expenisve.
I think I'm only level 36 or so but my team is all around that level too. I have at least 4 characters I haven't even used yet. Have you been doing all the side quests?
Been doing them all. The only one I have left is fighting the FOE in the 2nd dungeon. I even beat Elizabeth.
I beat Elizabeth too. Yay us! I took out that FOE in the second dungeon but then I'd already beaten one of them because he was blocking my way and I couldn't figure out how to move him. I kept him cursed or panicked the whole time. LOL
You see, I hardly ever use panick or curse. I need to start using status effects. I just play straight and abuse enemies weaknesses. It's a wonder I make it to the end of battles sometimes.
