Yep, Charlie and Bison are back to beat the sh!t out of each other.
Charlie seems to have been frankensteined by that cult from SF3 and Bison seems to have a new outfit.
Charlie's moveset almost makes him look like a "Zoner" type being able to cross longer distances though jumps and teleports.
I'm excited!
