Here's a pic of my game room, where I play video games as well as where I write for PixlBit on my computer.

Also, I told you I hung up that piece of concept art for Prince of Persia. Looks good, huh?

It looks comfy. I have to take photos of my game room once I move at the end of this month, as I laready have everything packed up.

Cool gaming nook Esteban. Looks like a pretty sweet tv, I take it that's the one you game on? What kind of tv is it? I still have a standard def set that's around 20", so when I go hang out at people's houses and play on legit HD flatscreens my jaw still drops everytime lol (even though HD has been the standard for a few years now). I think the PoP concept art you framed looks really awesome.

That is the TV I game on. It's a 56" HD Toshiba. It's a DLP, not a flat screen so it doesn't look as shart as LCDs and Plasmas but it suits me just fine.

I have a DLP (Samsung, 50") too. It's good enough for 720p content. I'm also just going to wait another couple of years until those OLED TVs drop in price because right now they're just way too expensive.

My TV can actually go up to 1080i. 720p sort of looks better but I just keep it at 1080i.

So can my TV, but you're running games interlaced. Why? You lose sharpness. There are only 540 lines running at a time when you could have 720 at a time.

I didn't know that. Are you saying that progressive is better than interlaced regardless of the resolution?

Yes.
