NCAA brackets, I beat Rayman Legends

SFA will face Utah in the first round of the NCAA tournament and hopefully Georgetown thereafter. I feel good about our chances to go to the sweet 16.

We're the #1 Cinderella team according to bleacherreport.com: http://bleacherreport.com/articles/2395299-ranking-the-most-likely-cinderellas-in-the-2015-ncaa-tournament/page/11 and I love when my university gets national attention.

I "beat" Rayman Legends today, or at least got to the end credits. There's still about a million things I can do in the game though. I'm actually a bit surprised how short the main game is. I think my obsession with getting every Teensie in the first world made the game feel longer (and more tedious) than it had to be. What can I say? I prefer platforming challenge to exploration much of the time. Once I started playing the game more my way, speeding through levels as quickly as possible, I enjoyed it more. Still, I'll probably try to unlock as much as I can in the game. At the very least I'm going to get 400 Teensies to unlock that last painting, which shouldn't take long.

Currently watching House of Cards. Season 3 episode 7.

Been singing Tool's "Aenema" in my head a lot lately since seeing someone post it on Facebook yesterday. Ironic, since I actually enjoyed my short week in L.A. and found the people genuinely likeable. Of course, we only had the tourist experience.

I'm regretting not bringing any books with me, but I figure I'll be working on my thesis and want to wind down with games and movies more anyway. Speaking of movies, hoping to rent some Oscar noms over my spring break.

How goes it on your end?

My day started way too early with taking my friend to the bus station in Portland. He's off to Cali to see his dad, whom he hasn't seen for a couple of years. Now I'm going to go be a couch potato for the rest of the day.

Portland, ME I take it.

I was a bed potato today because of my stomach. Which makes me feel doubly awful because I promised myself I'd start getting surveys input again today. Well it's not too late, so I'll feel better once I get started.

Of course Portland, ME. Very long drive if it was to the other one. Did you know that Portland was named after our Portland? The two guys who settled it each wanted to name it after their hometown. They decided to flip a coin and the winner got to name the town. Guy from Maine won. Otherwise, it would be Boston, OR today. And that, believe it or not, is a true story.

I did not know that. Interesting history!

I think we are at the same point in House of Cards. I haven't fired it up in a couple of days but I'll probably catch more of it later on in the week.

I saw that ESPN talked about your school as being the Cinderella to watch.  Good stuff man. I hope they make it to the Sweet Sixteen (I hope we do too but we have to get past St. John's and Duke)

That would be wild to have our teams play each other in the sweet 16.

I've got Aenema, but haven't started listening it. I'm excited though, since Lateralus jumped right into my top 5 of favorite albums when I listened to it last year.

Aenema has most of their hits I remember being played on the radio when I was growing up.
