Armorines: Project S.W.A.R.M.

I thought people generally stick with just a few shooters on one console at a time. If that's the case, I'd say having GoldenEye, other James Bond games, and Perfect Dark is plenty, especially considering that people are still playing Perfect Dark, albeit now over on the XBox.

Still, I'm not familiar with other N64 FPSs, but really, only one or two FPS seems to stand out each generation, anyway, from my perspective.

Whoever came up with that abstract is a macadamia nut, definitely.

Taking a closer look at one of the screenshots, I don't think the character models look all that terrible for the time, and it might just be me, but the actual tennis racket looks a bit too long. That's a weird thing to get wrong in a tennis simulator...

This sounds an awful lot like the bundle Wal-Mart was offering earlier this year, except now with the black color scheme.

I heard a snippet on the radio about this, so I had to go and look into it for the site. While the method to earn a belt loop seems pretty simple, there's some great lessons being taught for the academic pin. Comparison shopping is always a great skill for kids to learn, and let's be honest, installing a console, while not difficult, is something many adults can't even do. I'm glad to see that the Boy Scouts aren't restricting appropriate games to a list or a single rating, and leaving the question up to parents.

I have to say a lot of these goals remind me of Penny Arcade, and what they've done in conjunction with the ESRB, and really shows the value that video games can have in our ever-expanding culture and society.

Sin & Punishment: Star Successor Preview

Oh, one of the most awesome things I found when writing the preview was the 2-player mode. At first I was bummed, since Player 2 wouldn't have an on-screen character, especially since there are two characters to choose from, but then I realized it was a marvelous way to let someone else just jump in and play without having to learn about the game beforehand, at all. It's very much just like Tails in Sonic 2, except Player 2 can't be left behind!

The first person to email my PixlBit email account can have the card that came with the game with a code meant for use with the original Ragnarok Online. Apparently, it gives something like a beginner's pack of items. I don't play RO, so there's no point in me keeping it.

It's interesting that there's a power shot, considering how realistic it seems they wanted the rest of the game to be, with no music and grunts added in.

I'm glad Mario Tennis was made, I had a lot of fun with that on my N64.
