Yeah...that makes both of us, Kingdom of Amalur is massive! I play it and keep telling myself that the state of Rhode Island now owns the rights to that game....then it feels like I am running around Rhode Island trying to make enough money to keep 38 studio's from sinking :p

Secondly, 1up.com didn't need those "up to the minute" deals, and honestly most websites that have those pre-release and release reviews are rarely not in the pockets of those who they are reviewing, I ALWAYS waited for a 1up.com blogger or two to review the game, I took the community's words well over someone being paid (its a job, they do what they gotta do, i dont dislike them for that).
Anyway, its more about the community than the cutting edge stuff..people have to back off on the whole "we have to see the latest blah blah blah!" right? :p I want to be part of a community, not a news site, thus I choose you guys!
Its alright, I am going through Dragon's Dogma! Its interesting since you can borrow peoples companions! The game itself is fantastic, and slightly dark, with a twisted sub conclusion leading to an actual before the NG+ starts.
To that, I had my first accidental encounter with the end game boss Ur Dragon...ya did not go well lol.
oh btw Ben, I added you on Xlive...Maybe here at Pixlbit we can get some community game nights going! I tried in ernest on 1up.com, but to no avail! Maybe a Halo4 game night, BF3 etc...If we had the PC gamers I would look at somthing more RPGish but sometimes it hard.
Yeah, without the ppl, its just a hollow feeling of emptniess, and a website/gamer site is just that. I am glad to see this is where we go, its like the first day in the dorms at college! NO one knows how it will turn out, but you find friends and make your own! Before long you have fond memories of your old home, but find that your new home suits you just fine :)

Much agreed! I am glad you set your moving stuff down here! You and quite a few othes were really the heart of 1up. Now we brought that with us!
