I'll give it a look. It would be less time consuming to go all streaming with music, but I have to have access to deep album cuts. I don't like just listening to hits.

I distinctly remember reading the Rolling Stone Album guide on that album. The reviewer couldn't understand why someone would create such complex loud music (I wish I could remember the exact quote. It was funny. I'll have to get that book again). The Rolling Stone Album Guide is hilarious to me because they so clearly hated metal and prog rock. All my favorite bands got rough treatment from them.

That darn Smiths album had the wrong disc in it. I took it back to the library and found the right disc, but then it was damaged in some way and wouldn't play. I know another library with a copy though. I will not be denied!

When I was buying games at flea markets five or more years ago, they were super easy to find. It wasn't that hard to find this time really, but it was a little harder. Why hasn't DW or any of the Dragon Quest games appeared on Virtual Console? I'd like to play the early ones on my 3DS.

I used to play games with my Hotwheels that were almost exactly like what I'm doing now. I'd move cars along a rug with patterns like roads, and I'd drive them around the patterns, and imagine the cars had places to go. Sometimes I think that your childhood games dictate, or foretell, your adult life. My life with cars is something I may write more about.

I played Dragon Warrior a few years ago and it was tough. You have to be very careful out in the wild. One too many encounters and you'll find yourself dead and lose all your stuff.

I love James Horner. He did the Star Trek Wrath of Khan soundtrack, among many others, too. It's one of my favorites.

I remember seeing Zappa play on the Baby Snakes live concert DVD, and during his solo, I suddenly realized how good he was. I was like, "Wow! This guy's like Hendrix!". He's a more thoughtful player than Hendrix. I think of him as a kind of guitar philosopher, but I was majorly impressed by him.

Sounds good. Now I need a time machine. Got one?

I'd love to do some podcasting. My friend Mark, though, has a speech issue that makes it kind of impossible. I mean, not for me, because I'm used to it and can understand him fine, but others might have trouble. I was thinking of some type of voice effect that might help, or maybe I could transcribe everything he says, and put it into a speech synthesizer. That would be kinda weird, and cool. Prob not going to happen though.

I just heard about Fallout 4. I can't wait to see it at E3. Oh wait. . . I haven't watched the current trailer yet! Gotta get on that.
