Persona Q looks rad!
Persona Q looks rad!
I just saw Dell selling a "Steam Box". It's an Alienware computer that looks like a PS4 or Xbox One with a controller.
It's definitely the case that the early RPGs were all trying to do D&D. Even the JRPGs were taking a lot of inspiration from it. I forget the game, but one JRPG copies a lot of the monsters from D&D pretty closely.
I've always wanted to play this series. Haven't gotten to it yet though.
I surprise myself looking back and seeing how many shooters I've played. It's probably more the influence of my gaming buddy than my own interests since I usually go for story in games and favor RPGs and Strategy games over action ones. The lure of co-op is strong though. I really love that and it just so happens there's a lot of co-op in shooters these days.
I'm going to look to see if I can get the Dragon Archives collection on my Nook e-reader. But I love getting the paper magazines whenever I see them. I'm going to grab old game mags too if I see those. I may not keep them, but I'll scan the pictures and read them.
The first chapter is out for Tales from The Borderlands. I guess there'll be four chapters.
That Destiny DLC looks HOT! I have a friend at work who's obsessed with the game. I find out everything from him, but I'd like to try it myself sometime. I'm not much of an MMO player though.
Oh yea, I forgot about the Poker Night game. It had Claptrap and Moxxi. I should go play that. I'll probably play the Telltale Borderlands game. It came out last week. I've heard it's good.
I really like the cartoony look of the Borderlands games. The character designs are excellent as well.
OMG! Get ready for "Wrecking Ball" videos with Link instead of Miley Cyrus. Ye gads!
I'm at 1266 games listed on backloggery.
That's cool about Pac-Man. I didn't know that.
Those sweaters on them Beach Boys. Pure cornball. Ug!
