The modern ones are great too. They're certainly more serious than the old ones, but some are still very gamey.

Sonic is your fave game character? Not Viewtiful Joe? Interesting.
I have played Sonic Chronicles, but sadly, did not get very far. It is easily the most unique Sonic game, being an RPG.
