He still has fun games, but his games have really been up and down the last 15 years or so. I'm certainly looking forward to it though.

Yeah, I got it a couple weeks ago. I got the Pocket Color (the original NGP was never released in NA). It's a good little system. I got two games: this one and Pocket Tennis Color. 

Yeah, the DS one is great from what I hear. Haven't played it, but it's special to me to be able to play the first one in the series. 

It's a great little system. You can find them cheap these days; got mine for $30 used. 

Wow, you played the original G&W games! Those aren't very fun these days but I'm sure they were awesome back then. 

Thank you. It sounds like you were constantly upgrading to get the next best thing. I suppose handhelds will always have new iterations throughout their cycles; it's just a fact of life. 

Thanks, Matt. The Lynx was an impressive handheld for sure, just a little too much for its own good. Glad to hear of someone who didn't just play Game Boy as a kid.
