Yea, I'd love to play the real board game. One of these days...
I was just playing a game called Banner of the Maid on Xbox. The battles reminded me of Stratego with lines of armies attacking each other on a square of ground. I a played that as a kid and recently saw it at a thrift store and thought about buying it again. It's very simple though, only a little more than a game like Battleship.
The game Panzer General that was on Xbox 360 Live Arcade reminds me of Stratego a lot. It's not back compat though, so only on Xbox 360 still.
Oh cool, I like the comparison to Forza Horizon and that Criterion is running it now. I see it's on Game Pass as well. Just downloaded it to my console from my phone. Love the Game Pass app!
I will look into it next "weekend" which is Thurs/Fri for me right now.
At some point, I'd like to get a bunch of board-games, especially from the time of the "board-game Renaissance" which I think started late 90s, early 2000s, with game like this. Settlers of Catan, Ticket to Ride, Carcassonne and others.
He's a chubby one too. haha
I think I've seen this on Xbox. I'll have to take a close look.
I like this. One of the Bust-A-Move games is on Xbox. I've been tempted to get it.
I have the Shovel Knight amiibo. I really love the art style of this game. I should go play it.
The good thing here, is you can substitute a hidden object section with another type of puzzle if you want. I forget which, I stayed with it until I found everything. Sometimes those objects are really unfairly hidden.
