You have no idea how much I love WW.

Last gen was definitely my favorite.
This gen has actually been my second favorite after last gen so gaming definitely hasn't left me behind. And I hope it won't.
Why I said, "So far." I guess I just expected some kind of game to really blow me away.
I hear you completely, that's exactly why I'm not even considering writing next gen off yet. But you have to admit, another Killzone and Infamous are not exactly the kinds of games you want to see introduced with a new system over something fresh and new. I'm hoping E3 will be the best one since 06.
Yeah, I think it's a bit ridiculous to see another Mario 64/FFVII. I just wanted to see a few new ideas.
Pretty much. That "wow" is nonexistant right now.
I just love WW that much. You can call it that, but tha'ts part of being gamer. Everyone has a series they get bored of for being more of the same, but another they love despite being more of the same for instance. I don't think that makes them hypocrites, just that they like certain things more than others. It's pretty much the same instance with me.
I never said they were taking risks either, just that they looked unlike what we are playing currently. Watch Dogs and Last of Us may just end up being another sandbox and action game respectively, but their takes on the genre at least look interesting. Just compare them to another Killzone and Infamous unless we see real signs they're doing something different.
Wii U could definitely be better, but Wind Waker HD. Love that game so much.
I'm hoping they get their shot at their own IP personally. Something that screams new and is very gameplay focused.
