Yeah, it's the shittiest time for any console no matter how good it ends up. It has the thinnest library, highest price, and least features at that point.

I'm waiting for the PS9. Full-sensory VR with no extra hardware or bust. XD

But yeah, I find that such reviews are more for directing traffic than providing definitive reasons for buying (or not buying) a new console at launch.

It's the only way I'd buy it again, that's for sure. I'm sure it'll be dirt cheap by the time I actually get a PS4.

I do recommend the game if you haven't played it yet. It's a lot of fun.

They need to release something while FFXV and KH3 sit in the oven, I guess. :p

Exactly. The core game is still the same, so you have any number of cheaper options available to play it without missing anything. That only makes the $60 price tag more dubious than it already is.
