True, but didn't DLC start being a thing last decade?

Yeah, and a lot of the post-Dreamcast Sonic games got mixed reviews at best, so I think a lot of folks dropped off at that point. 

I guess I just never felt the different paths in Sonic games made the game all that different for me. Even in Sonic CD, I just wasn't that compelled to find different pathways. Just something that doesn't really appeal to me, I guess. 

But I can see what you're saying now at least. 

I will say the big sprites look more appealing, but I get how that messes with actual gameplay. 

Yeah, it's raining here too and it doesn't help me wake up one bit. 

Mach 5 car is probably my favorite. 

Now I kinda want to see what pinball scores I can beat.

I knew the country wasn't majority-Christian, but I guess I didn't know the extent of it. 

What I've always wondered about is their "demons" always seem like they can be good or bad, not necessarily the shorthand for "evil" they are in the states. Like, I'm not entirely sure Devil Jin is really a bad guy in Tekken, or just someone who has a bad trip every now and then.
