Hmm, im interested in this game. I love the art style
Haha, for me it was The Last of Us as winner, and Watch Dogs as Runner up. The Last of Us looks incredible and while Watch Dogs does as well, I felt really engaged in the demo of The Last of Us that I saw.
I love Gears and all, but imo its way too soon. Seems to me like Microsoft knows that they have nothing else to offer, so they had 343 do Halo and People Can Fly make Gears. Oh well... Baird and Cole are cool, hopefully this game has a good reason to exist.
Well said Mike. I definitely agree; while Sony and Microsoft are by no means incapable of doing so, Nintendo always seems to be the one to get me pumped to see whats in-store for the company. Maybe its my love for their huge list of flagship series or maybe because of their innovative hardware. I can easily say that thats what Im looking forward to seeing the most, but as I also said, if they don't deliver, then they will be in a lot of trouble. We'll see come Tuesday...
Thankfully for Konami, this presentation seemed a lot better for the company. Lots of interesting games shown, but personally I'm not a big Metal Gear, Castlevania, or ZotE guy so it still didn't impress me too much. That said, MGSR does look pretty fast paced and fun, and hopefully Castlevania improves upon the last one, which i hear was already good.
Agreed, it seems more like an Uncharted Game than a Tomb Raider game...but we'll see.
My main question.... why??? And why so soon?
I kiiinda called this last night :D
I share Jesse's opinion. When I first heard of this, I was confused that they really put this game in the same category as games like Batman:AC and Uncharted 3. Not that I think Dead Island is bad, but they could have easily called it something else, perhaps Dead Island: Complete Edition or something like that.
