Im very interested to see where they go with this. I haven't finished Brotherhood or even started Revelations but i fatigue was pretty obvious. This idea seems fresh enough to make me interested again.

I think we all can agree that this not being on 3DS is a pretty dumb move, especially since Black and White were screaming for 3D support...
That said, Black and White also had imo the best story of all the Pokemon games so if any game gets a direct sequel, this one is it. Lookin forward to it!
good theory, very exciting concept.
I've voiced my opinion on PoP 2008 a few times but ill say it again; I definitely view this game as a work of art. This game had fantastic art direction, a great soundtrack, and a story that continues to stick with me. Prince and Elika have one of the most dynamic partnerships that I know if in gaming. Heck even the gameplay was really fun to me, despite people claiming its too easy.
I played through this game about two to three times and completed the DLC as well. Im still waiting on a sequel...
I voted for one of the other boxarts which was a bit more appealing to me personally, but this one is great. Im hugely looking forward to Xenoblade Chronicles and im pumped to see that we are getting The Last Story. Looks like the Wii will get a few last hurrah's!
I would be mad about this, but Capcom has hinted that these characters will all be DLC for the consoles, which makes me happy because I really wanted Elena to be in the game.
This game looks SOOOO GOOD! Looking forward to it!
I dont remember if I spoke to you about this before Julian, but the ending to PoP '08 got to me on a huge level as well. After the whole entire game, having to pretty much undo what you were tasked to do in the name of love was pretty amazing. The feeling I got each time I cut down one of those trees was just heartwrenching. I seriously hope that Ubisoft decides to continue that story one day, though it looks very unlikely.
Good stuff man! Looks pretty awesome!
I don't know about anybody else, but no JRPG has had an effect on me like the Baten Kaitos series has. Maybe it was the unique take on the combat system, or the well written plots, or even the fantastic soundtrack. Ill expand in a future blog, but I would love a 3DS sequel to Baten Kaitos. I know Im asking for a lot, but Wii U would be even better!
