Comedy horror has been "my thing" since Evil Dead,Critters,Ghoulies,Gremlins, and House 1 & 2. lol. I'll probably end up watching Krampus. I also recommend John Dies At The End.

Jeh,I brought up Protect Me Knight too,Cary. It's a great little game!
It's sad I can't even remember a pink slime girl from Ghost Busters 2. I remember 'the ooze/mood slime" beneath New York, just not all the ghostly cameos!
Protect me knight is a cute little tower defense game where you choose from 1 of 4 "fantasy classes", fight monsters, level up your abilities, and build barricades to protect the princess! It is cheap and worth every penny!
Can't pinpoint years exactly but I recall the early 2000's were a great time to have a PS2,especially if you loved J-rpgs an survival horror games!
I actually ended up liking RE Rev 2 more than Evil Within which is ironic as Evil Within obviously had the bigger budget and much more visual polish!
Those Italian plumbers....better show respect!
This is difficult as there were many games that blew me away when I first played them. Still my answer is gonna be pretty generic.....Crono Trigger! The game really has it all and it was one of those rpgs that made you amazed at just what the snes could do.
I think a lot of ppl just look at Crono Trigger's whimsical art style and dismiss it as "a kiddy game" but in truth the story line was deceptively mature and even very sad on occasion. Besides, Toriyama was indeed the perfect visual designer fot CT. If it had been anyone else I don't think I would have been as charmed with the characters and the sheer loving detail packed into the various locales. The game overall was the perfect balance of nostalgic whimsy and surprisingly adult depth.
For western rpgs I'd love to re-live my hype playing Kotor or even VTM: Blood lines. They just don't make em like that anymore!
I'll definitely be getting Zestria. Soon I'll have a better pc so I'll be able to run it. I can't so as much about Fallout 4 as I still wanna beat New Vegas before moving on!
I was really impressed with it,Jamie! Even though it's just a beat em up it goes thru plot archs....er,not in depth but they're there! The character roster is great too!
