Just wrote up a quick news article for plus10damage about it. Waiting for the editor to get to it. However, I do think these games are being banned because it's election time, and the fuckers have nothing else to bloody cry foul about.

Yeah... I know, but it's election time and no political party is going to tell parents to do their jobs lol.
Germany is a lot stricter than Australia. I read their list of bans, shit is fucked up.
Nah, we aren't as bad as the UK. I heard about some of the things you're board was trying to do to films, like banning certain horror films and what not... Weren't they banning Human Centipede 2? That film isn't even that bad, it's just that it's well known.
A lot of titles that get those ratings live on through dvd sales though. Games don't get that chance.
Yeah, Australia is allowed to show bare behinds on television, but nothing frontal. Also, GTA has ironically had very little trouble in Australia, only America lol.
We have a new Prime Minister as of tonight... Ironically everyone used to joke about how close he is with the Chinese. It could happen lol.
Wait.. State of Decay is disallowed? First I've heard of this.
I've got a PC, but Steam still region locks things unfortunately. I'll buy it from somewhere else.
While I agree with most of what you said about The Big Bang Theory, I disagree that there is not intelligence in American programming. Arrested Development just got another season, Community is still going, as is Parks and Recreation and Louie. 30 Rock just ended, as did the office. There is an abundance of clever programming made by Americans, you just need to know where to look.
