HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
I bet Keiji is crying right now. Oh Capcom, I have no respect for you anymore. King of Pirates is going to get more of my spending dollars then any shit you put out.
Unless you make a Nintendo vs. Capcom.
I have to agree with Nick on this. With Nintendo's new online plan, one would think New SMB Mii would've been perfect... though knowing how bitchy third parties get (whaah our games can't compete with Nintendo's because they don't give us a chance) I just can't wait for the WiiU launch.
If the 3DS launch proved anything, Nintendo is not making that mistake twice. Sorry third parties, but you lost.
Prove me wrong though, I might just buy your games if they aren't stupid lazy ports.
*Not ready yet, supposedly next month... I think. Bah.
Haha I knew this would happen the moment Nintendo made that eShop app for smart phones.
I was going to buy a WiiU regardless of name (and the fact my Wii is dying). MY WALLET IS READY NINTENDO. MARIO KART WIIU, MY BODY IS READY.
Naofumi Hataya. He's still with Sega as a composer, and he composed the Japanese soundtrack.
Bow to him.
Renegade Kid, along with Wayforward and Nintendo, has shown that this time the eShop means business. Ho-Ly crap, I LOVE this game. As a huge fan of retro titles (16-bit forever), Renegade Kid has made a fantastic eShop game. With Pushmo, Mighty Switch Force, VVVVVV and this, my 3DS love is getting higher.
Lackluster launch, what is that?
The latter, most people who will buy the WiiU will buy it for Nintendo games first and foremost unless western third parties don't half ass their shit.
I am still buying a WiiU at launch, and I will support games like Ninja Gaiden 3. Though after the 3DS launch I am expecting Nintendo will NOT hold back a major hitter because of whiny third parties saying they can't compete with Nintendo.
But if Pro Daisy's Third Party Wall of Shame proved anything, is that western third parties are lazy (no, ignore the shovelware publishes and focus on the major ones, if Nintendo gives them the freedom and all they do is publish shit then I think Nintendo needs to bring back those rules from the NES days again).
UGH RANT
I'm just making this >:/ face right now at how stupid this marketing plot is.
GAMESTOP, pinicle of video game retail sales.
Ah Final Fantasy, the only series I know of that single-handedly destroyed Nintendo's console dominance for two console generations and which was entirely its own fault to begin with.
Though on the other hand, maybe not having a proper Final Fantasy game was a good thing. After VII the series went right into the gutter and never came back to the glory days of the SNES series. VII was great, but had a bad translation. Then after that, it got worse and FF XII made Yasumi Matsuo batshit crazy, causing him to leave Square (and his good ideas with him).
Honestly, Xenoblade Chronicles looks to be the best Final Fantasy I might end up playing in years. And it isn't even Final Fantasy.
