You know, the loophole would be loading the tablet with a bunch of ram, then just having to load the program you want from the console. It wouldn't be ideal, but it could work. The drain on the battery would be fairly heavy too.
Only problem is, we're assuming that Nintendo finally gets their head around actually using the internet. This has been nothing but trouble for them thus far.
They were pretty clear on the Wii U controller not acting independently of the console. Does this mean that may change?
I 100% regret giving up my copy of this game, and will be getting it back. In the future, when people look back and talk about important games that came out in this console generation, this will be named as a must play title. I simply cannot get over just how deep it is if you give it's message and content anything more than just a passing thought. It's story and presentation makes it more than just a game, it's actually a commentary piece on the human condition.
I can see both sides of this. Piracy costs publishers, and by proxy gamers, a fortune every year, and If it were my money being pulled out of my pockets with seemingly no legal protection, I'd be desperate for just about anything to stop the bleeding.
That being said, this requires much more precision than a blanket law like this. I wonder if the lawmakers even know the kind of trouble this could cause? I agree that something needs to be done to combat piracy, which really is out and out theft, but this requires a scalpel, where this bill is more like a chainsaw.
Well, it is from a goat so... take that into consideration. I personally hope he's wrong, but I can see some of it quite possibly happening.
Besides, when was a last time a prophet gave out good news? It's always warnings and doom and gloom stuff. Even if this does happen, I'm sure there will be plenty of good stuff to go with it.
Good review, honest score. Glad to see you weren't so swayed by the presentation that you overlooked the gameplay flaws. I think this might be a fun one to play with my kids though, considering it's simplicity.
