Social life suffers as I work on my game!

I'd definitely play your game if I was more into PC gaming and had more time.  So I feel kind of guilty telling you that I have a new blog up.  I have been thinking about you lately, because I've been playing Dragon's Crown.

Cary's 2013 Summer Movie Checklist

Posted on 08/13/2013 at 08:04 AM | Filed Under Blogs

I don't think Cars is the worst.  I think A Bug's Life is lower than that on my list.  Maybe even Monsters University.

I probably wouldn't go see as many movies as I do, but I like to get out of the house every now and then. :)

[Sorry I'm MIA, too busy oogling Dragons Crown!]

While I had a home game console in the late 80's, I also still enjoyed going to arcades.  I do miss arcades nowadays.

Hey if you have MGS3 on PS2, you should also be able to play the Ape Escape mini game.  Have you played that one?  For YOTS, you should also track down Ape Escape 3 and play the MGS mini game on it!

The Obligatory Dragon's Crown Impressions Blog

I've been thinking about writing a Dragon's Crown blog as well. Think I should?  The game actually reminds me of Dungeon Fighter as well.  I picked the Amazon to play as.

Retro Game of the Week: Vectorman

Posted on 08/10/2013 at 09:31 AM | Filed Under Blogs

I never understood the draw of Vectorman.  Like you said, it used pre-rendered graphics as a response to Donkey Kong Country, but DKC did it way better.  If I wanted to play a run and gun game, I'd rather play Earthworm Jim.  The Genesis may have had a strong start, but the SNES had a stronger finish.

PS2 Classics: The Best RPG Ever ( in my opinion of course )

FF6 is my best RPG ever.

It's hard to pick one.

NES Advantage

ASCII Pad Pro for SNES

PS2 Dual Shock

N64 controllers worked great for games that were designed for them.
