Loved a lot of these games. I really want to try Journey. Looks awesome. I think Xenoblade is the best game I have played in years. However, I thought FFXIII-2 was a POS. I have said it many times, and I say it again. That ending killed any goodwill SE had remaining with me. And the game was a drag. Was like they put together with a focus group. And I couldn't give a crap about the main characters. I was one of the few that liked FFXIII. But the sequel rates up there with FFX-2 to me. Just my two cents.

Uncharted: Golden Abyss - Winner
The Vita hasn't exactly provided a deep well of quality titles in the 9 short months it has been on the market. However, there's little argument that the launch of the system was fantastic, providing the best titles on the platform to date. Nathan Drake made his debut alongside the system in Uncharted: Golden Abyss. Nobody expected the series to perfectly translate to the new handheld without sacrifice, but amazingly the series' sense of exploration, combat, and storytelling was perfectly preserved.
Golden Abyss predates the first title in the series but thematically aligns quite closely with it. There's little puzzle-solving and a healthy helping of gunplay, combat, and daredevil platforming through the jungles of South America.
The various new Vita control options are put to use, but mark the worst of the experience. If anything, Uncharted: Golden Abyss highlights the true strength of the new platform – delivering current generation console-like experiences in the palm of your hand.
The unparalleled and thrilling adventure found in Uncharted: Golden Abyss makes it our PlayStation Vita Game of the Year.

Tales from Space: Mutant Blobs Attack! - Runner Up
While Uncharted: Golden Abyss certainly made a bigger splash at the Vita launch, another gem from Drinkbox Studios snuck onto the platform via the PlayStation Store. Tales from Space: Mutant Blobs Attack! is a follow-up to the last Tales from Space game on the PS3 PSN, bringing with it a host of new abilities and more addictive and charming platforming.
Similar in many ways to Katamari, in this 2D platformer, players will grow their blob in size by consuming items of the appropriate size in the environment, as well as people and enemies. Puzzles, platforming challenge, and some fantastic implementation of the various Vita controls makes this a one-of-a-kind experience that would've only worked Sony's nifty new portable.
