I'm with you peeps all the way. Guess I'll be putting aside my savings for a PS4. lol. (Still getting a new pc as well.)

Watching the Sony E3 presser on Youtube, I had a flashback to E3 1995. Sega announced that the Saturn, instead of launching in September of that year, had already shipped to retailers, hoping to steal a march on Nintendo and Sony.

Steve Race of Sony then proceeded to kill the Saturn in a few short minutes simply by uttering a single number: $299, $100 cheaper than the Saturn.

It's funny. In our prediction show going up on Friday I mentioned that very E3. Glad one of my prediction/hopes turned out!

I don't have Photoshop on the laptop I normally use, but that Tretton look of approval against the crowd needs to be a meme along the lines of that disapproving U.S. gymnast Mckayla Maroney.

And I'm looking forward to what Nintendo does as well. That Holy Trinity when Gamecube was new-ish was one of the most exciting E3s I experienced through reading EGM.

Like Julian however, I really am excited by Killer Instinct ... but it's on the One, so I technically can't own it own it as far as we know right now. Blah!

Sony's video of how to share PS4 games went viral. Just as priceless are all the Wikipedia edits. In one, under "list of burn centers in the US", Sony was listed as a burn center for MS employees. Under the entry for Jack Tretton, it briefly said that Tretton was arrested for murder on June 10, 2013 for the brutal slaying of Microsoft's Xbox One!

Yeah, I saw a friend of mine share a link to that story on Facebook last night. Fun stuff.

I pre-ordered it right away as well.  Officially super excited about the next generation.

I think that I can agree with nearly everything that you said, except for Kingdom Hearts III.  I did not really get too far into the side stories, but I did play and love both 1 and 2.

I wanted to love KH 2, but the first hours of the game have such a massive sense of deja vu that I couldn't stick with it. And like I said, I'm more interested in exploring the Disney worlds with a dash of Final Fantasy characters instead of all the original characters made for the game. Sora and Rikku are fine, but all those spikey haired bad guys get on my nerves.

Well, I was just so excited to have kingdom hearts that I did not care.  I think that I sped through the opening sequence just to get back to Sora.  I never did get into 365/2 days which seemed to focus on the organization xiii, so i think that I can agree that I prefer the disney side of the story.

I can say that I also agree that FF should get rid of Nomura.  He has spent way too much time with that series, and I think that removing him would be a better change, than changing genres.

Nice episode, I'm also quite excited about a new Killer Instinct, it's a shame that they did a redesign on Jago, I like his old sky blue look but Sabrewulf looks badass! I'm also interested to see what they do with Deadrising, I actually found that the first and second one got really boring after a while and the time restraints proved to be a bit of distraction. An open world FPS that takes a more 'state of decay' approach would be great to see. As for PS4, yeah they got me hooked too, just can't see a rerason to invest in Xbone so quickly, it's a good thing Microsoft has a 'ten-15 year plan' for it beacause it'll certainly be a while before I get one!
