I have FFV Dear Friends, great album and thats one of my favorite versions of My Home Sweet Home. Never beat it (yet!) either but not because I couldn't get into the soundtrack or story, but because it requires some serious grinding to to get the most out of the job class system, and its a little on the tough side. Great choices by the way, makes me aware that I'm still missing a lot of good stuff from my game soundtrack collection.

I love the Mass Effect music, especially the little ditty that plays when you look at the galaxy map.  FFV has very underrated music, but it's an underrated game all around.

FFXI really has an underrated soundtrack, at least for the initial release (I haven't heard the soundtrack for the expansions). I had not heard that version of Ronfaure before and I really liked it. That track always made me think of sitting around a camp fire at night.

Yep, you brought me right back into Chrono Trigger.  I have played up through the medieval age a good number of times, and absolutely love that song.
