A leaked image from Microsoft's E3 site says so.
This is sure to take the wind out of Microsoft's sails during their upcoming presentation. It appears Halo 4 is due to be announced, alongside a number of other Kinect games. A screenshot from Microsoft's Xbox E3 page discloses a return to the Halo universe with Halo 4. The page has since been removed, but click the attached screenshot grabbed from when it was still available.
Yup, Master Chief is back. First part of a new trilogy, the game was visually stunning. I think we were looking at a cutsene, but it's hard to be sure. Still, everyhing moved smoothely, an I'll be excited to see more from it and 343 Industries in the next years.
I wasn't impressed by the Halo anniversary sequel, though.
It’s been a long time since we’ve seen an entry in the Metroid Prime series - 18 years, in fact. It was 8 years ago that Metroid Prime 4 was originally announced and its development was more than a little turbulent. Initially developed by Bandai Namco, it was later scrapped completely and development was shifted back to Retro Studios to start the project over. In the end, Retro has delivered a solid new entry in the series, but one that doesn’t totally capture what originally made the series so compelling.
