Are there even 26 3DS games available right now? Maybe I'll count them later. To be fair, some of the things Sony mentioned in this group aren't really very video game-like. And a handful are ports. Still, that didn't stop Nintendo from making their early marquee titles ports.

I'll be doing some thinking about whether or not I want to buy a Vita in the next few months. The inclusion of Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 in its library definitely helps. It would make me feel less inadequate for buying Ultimate MvC 3 after the relative misleads involving post-MvC3 content.

The biggest problem Vita has right now is that its basically a portable PS3. Ok, fine. Yet do people who already have a PS3 need a portable one? After the battery life has been revealed, I think its doubtful. Console gaming and handheld gaming have been separate for quite a while now (something I wish would be kept IMHO); but Vita is seriously blurring that line, which I don't like. Sure, the 3DS had re-releases of two major N64 titles, but unlike the announced MGS HD collection, their games aren't littered with hours upon hours of cutscenes (personally, MGS3 is the only MGS title I can stand somewhat, the rest... not so much).

Do I smell an editorial brewing in my head?
