UPDATED: Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 Costume DLC Announced

Also, a Hori-made arcade stick is coming soon.

If you think the recently released Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 is a glorified DLC pack, then I wonder what you're going to make of the new upcoming DLC costume packs. Capcom has announced that starting next week, alternative costumes will be available for download and will be bundled in various groups. Then, every other week, a new pack will be released. Hori has also announced plans to release an Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 themed fighting stick on December 8, 2011 for $149.99. It'll come with colored buttons or white buttons.

The first pack is called the Rising Dead pack will have alternate costumes for Frank West, Ghost Rider, Nemesis, and Phoenix. It will retail for 320 Microsoft Points or $4.00 on the PlayStation 3. On March 6th, all costume packs will be combined and sold for $20. Below is a full list of the upcoming costume packs:

Rising Dead pack: Frank West, Ghost Rider, Nemesis, Phoenix (Available 11/22/11) [$4.00 / 320 MP]

Evil Twin pack: Deadpool, Hsien-Ko, Spider-Man, Vergil (Available 12/6/11) [$4.00 / 320 MP]

Ancient Warrior pack: Arthur, Firebrand, Hulk, Magneto (Available 12/20/11) [$4.00 / 320 MP]

Brawler pack: Haggar, Iron Fist, She-Hulk, Nathan Spencer (Available 1/10/12) [$4.00 / 320 MP]

Femme Fatale pack: Chun-Li, Morrigan, Storm, X-23 (Available 1/17/12) [$4.00 / 320 MP]

Villian pack: C. Viper, MODOK, Super Skrull, Wesker (Available 1/17/12) [$4.00 / 320 MP]

New Age of Heroes pack: Akuma, Doctor Doom, Sentinel, Strider Hiryu (Available 1/17/12) [$4.00 / 320 MP]

Animal pack: Amaterasu, Felicia, Rocket Raccoon, Wolverine (Available 1/24/12) [$4.00 / 320 MP]

Weapon Expert pack: Hawkeye, Taskmaster, Trish, Zero (Available 2/7/12) [$4.00 / 320 MP]

Viewtiful Strange pack: Dormammu, Doctor Strange, Nova, Phoenix Wright, Tron Bonne, Viewtiful Joe (Available 2/21/12)  [$4.00 / 320 MP]
