Eight Digital Capcom Games to Be Collected on One Disc

Those opposed to the digital form of distribution can grab some Capcom remakes all in one place.

If you have been holding out for a rerelease of all of Capcom's digital games, today is your lucky day. The Capcom Digital Collection will collect eight of Capcom's recent XBLA games for $40 on one disc exclusively on the Xbox 360.

The games on the disc will be the following: 1942: Joint Strike, Bionic Commando Rearmed 2, Final Fight: Double Impact, Flock!, Rocketmen: Axis of Evil including the Rocketmen: It Came From Uranus expansion, Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo HD Remix, Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix, and Wolf of the Battlefield: Commando 3.

Oddly, the collection omits the orignal Bionic Commando Rearmed, but the collection's value is unrivaled regardless. What would once be available for over $100 on XBLA is now a fraction of that price on disc.

I dig this. Of all of those games, the only one I do have is Final Fight: Double Impact, so count me in on this one. Of course, I'll wait for a price drop and grab this sucker at around $10 or less - and that's why I love retail!

No Mega Man games?

Haven't you heard, Angelo? Capcom has disowned Mega Man - it surely has nothing to do with Inafune leaving the company, nope, nothing at all.

They did put Mega Man Zero in the new MvC didn't they?

And yes, I've heard, but they've stated that they still value the franchise.

Angelo: Look forward to our all Capcom episode of PixlTalk today.

As far as this collection, it's nice, but I have most of these games. I'm tempted to pick it up to have physical copies of them, though.

Oh I will. They were my favorite classic developer. I was also very serious when I said Inafune should be the next person into the hall of fame.
