Xbox House Party 2012 Announced

The promotion includes Alan Wake's American Nightmare and I Am Alive.

Microsoft is promoting a few Xbox Live Arcade titles with its second annual House Party. A trailer for House Party 2012 has been released on the Xbox Live Marketplace and it shows the titles included in this promotion: Alan Wake's American Nightmare, Warp, Nexuiz, and I Am Alive.

Alan Wake's American Nightmare is the sequel to the original Alan Wake, while I Am Alive is a survival horror game that was originally slated for retail and has been in development for many years. Warp is a puzzle-based action game where you play as an alien with cloning and warping abilities and Nexuiz is a first person shooter that was free to play on PC in 2005 and has been recreated for XBLA.

I Am Alive, Warp and Nexuiz are also possibly planned for PSN and PC releases, but due to the House Party promotion, will be timed exclusives for the 360. Microsoft has yet to formally annouce this year's House Party, so dates and prices have not been revealed.
