Latest Battlefield 3 Update Fixes PS3 VOIP Issues

Some gamers will still have some trouble though.

EA has announced a VOIP fix for PS3 owners of Battlefield 3 is now live. While the update will automatically download the next time you start the game, some users may have to jump through a few extra hoops to get their headset running.

Gamers using SLEH-00075 Bluetooth headsets will have to connect the headset to the PS3 via a USB cable before using it. They must also enable HQ mode for it, by going to Settings>Accessory Settings>Manage Bluetooth Devices, then pressing the triangle button on headset>Information>High Quality Mode. If that doesn't work, the company suggests going into Accessory Settings>Manage Bluetooth Devices and deleting all headsets that show up, then repeating the process.

If that fails, EA suggests going to their official blog for more assistance.
