Fez Has a Release Date

Fez Friday is coming

A rather flashy announcement (seriously, don’t click this if you're at risk for seizures) recently appeared on Polytron’s official website announcing the official release date for the long delayed Fez on what they are calling Fez Friday the 13th.

Fez tells the story of Gomez, a pixelated character living in a retro styled world inspired by eighties gaming.  Unlike games of that decade however, Gomez’s world exists in 3d, and a majority of the gameplay involves rotating the world in such a way that it allows Gomez to reach his goals.

The game will appear on Xbox Live Arcade on April 13, 2012, and will cost 800 MS points ($10).
