Call of Duty Movie?

Do a trademark application and a tweet confirm a possible movie rendition?

A trademark filed by Activision was recently found in the files of the The United States Patent and Trademark Office.

According to the file, Activision has trademarked a movie based on their popular game series, Call of Duty. The suspicions have grown when Robert Bowing of Infinity Ward tweeted that he was "grabbing lunch with Xavier Gens, director of the Hitman film while in town. Talking game films."
