XCOM Shooter Delayed to Take-Two's Fiscal 2014
Once set to be released this year, the FPS is drifting farther and farther away.
Hot off the heels of the release date for the strategy game XCOM: Enemy Unknown, Take-Two has announced that XCOM, the first person shooter take on the strategy franchise, has been delayed into "fiscal 2014." The news was announced during Take-Two's annual earnings call.
This means that the game could still see release as early as April 2013 or as late as March 31, 2014. XCOM was set to be released this year before being delayed into 2013. The game is being developed by 2K Marin, the studio behind Bioshock 2.
