While the original game is pretty terrible, I'm excited to see how this turns out. I'll admit to being a fan of earlier Castlevania games, such as Super Castlevania IV, as opposed to the later Metroidvania ones.
New Castlevania: The Adventure Rebirth Screens Released
The latest issue of Famitsu reveals several screens of the upcoming Castlevania release for WiiWare.
The latest issue of Famitsu has brought with it the first official screens of Catlevania: The Adventure Rebirth for WiiWare.
Castlevania: The Adventure was originally released for the Gameboy back in 1989 and had features that differ from other games in the series, including using hearts to replenish health instead of magic, having to no sub weapons to utilize, and having a set number of lives.
For Castlevania: The Adventure Rebirth, Konami has given the game a major graphical overhaul as seen in the screenshots that were just released. Instead of the very rough visuals created by the GameBoy's limited graphical capabilities, comes a game that looks similar in quality to some of the more recent Castlevania adaptations for the DS.
Castlevania: The Adventure Rebirth is set to release for WiiWare in Japan on October 27 for a price of 1,000 Nintendo Points.
