Taito Releases Space Invaders Extreme Z in Japan

The DSiWare title is a boiled down version of the recently released Space Invaders Extreme 2.

Today, Taito made an addition to the DSiWare weekly release with Space Invaders Extreme Z. Falling in line with many of Nintendo's boiled down offerings, Z will be a shrunken version of the recently release Space Invaders Extreme 2.

Players will have access to both Time Attack and Score Attack modes with access to three of the five available course sets. The various Fever, Bingo and other gameplay systems will remain in this limited release.

Currently, the title is available in Japan for 500 Nintendo DSi Points. It's unknown if the title will appear in other regions at this point in time.
