Atari's New Website Offers In-Browser Games

Six classics are available for play right from within your favorite Internet browser.

Recently, Atari finished work on the latest version of their website. Aside from a visual overhaul, the site is offering players the ability to enjoy both Arcade and Atari 2600 classics right from their browser.

From the 2600, players can experience Yar's Revenge and Adventure. Asteroids, Battlezone, Crystal Castle, and Lunar Lander are all available in their arcade form.

Players can head straight to the classics via the Arcade portal. Those looking to see the changes to the overall website can simply visit Atari.com.

It's currently unknown if the company plans to make more classic titles available in the future.
