New Trailer For Crystal Bearers Has Rocking Music

The Tokyo Game Show trailer for Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: The Crystal Bearers shows off the story and gameplay.

With the North American release date for Square Enix's Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: The Crystal Bearers confirmed for December 26, more of the game is being shown off in the latest trailer.

Straight out of Tokyo Game Show 2009, the trailer shows off a variety of locales, and features a lot of Layle, the main character, throwing stuff around, which is apparently his chief power. It starts off light-hearted, and even shows off two bikini-clad girls trying to push each other off a platform into water.

About halfway through the trailer, it gets serious, and teases the story, which is about a foe from a defeated race trying to take down the race that defeated his. Layle, a Crystal Bearer, gets caught in the middle.

Seriously, the music in the beginning is like something out a 3D Sonic the Hedgehog game.

This game is looking really cool. Unlike a lot of the other Crystal Chronicles stuff, this seems to be of the caliber of the mainline series. It also seems like it has gotten the same amount of care.

Don't mind me, I'm just here to spam.

The humor in the trailer seems very un-jrpg.

It looks like it's going to be such a wacky game to play.

Since the first Crystal Chronicles, this is the first time I am really amped for a Final Fantasy Game in a long time. The last one I really played was 10 on the ps2 and this looks to deliver a more entertaining experience than that!

Love the site by the way, great look and feel.. Very professional!
